The Regional Institute Of Printing Technology was established in 1956 and has kept itself up-to date with the changing times and offers three major Diploma courses under Printing Technology such as Diploma in Printing Technology, Diploma in Photography and Diploma in Multimedia Technology. Intake in each course is 55, 40 and 60 respectively. The alumini of the college are well established in different positions in the world of Printing Technology and Photography.
The college has high tech equippments for developing the skills and acumen of the different courses. The infrastructure of the college is well maintained and includes every necessary facility. Various program are held throughout the year to strengthen the soft skills and to expose the students to the required skills of the industry. The faculties are highly qualified and have industry experience to guide the students in making a prospectus career in the field of Printing and Photography.

Admission in first year is through JEXPO and in second year is through VOCLET
For admission in first year, students must pass Madhyamik or equivalent exam from a recognised board.
For admission though VOCLET, students must pass vocational examination or 2 years' ITI.
