Once counselling sessions, guidance calls or personalized recommendations have been provided, refunds will not be issued.

3. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical issue, payment gateway error or accidental multiple transactions, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Failed Transactions

If an amount is deducted from your account but the order is not completed successfully, the payment is usually reversed automatically by the payment provider or bank within the applicable processing period.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel future renewals of subscriptions at any time. However, refunds will generally not be provided for the current billing cycle after payment has been successfully processed.
