Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2027 is a national-level Computer Based Test conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. JAM is a gateway for admission to postgraduate science programmes such as M.Sc., M.Sc. (Tech.), M.S. (Research), M.Sc.-M.Tech. Dual Degree, Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree and Integrated Ph.D. programmes. JAM 2027 scores are used by 23 IITs for around 3000 postgraduate seats and are also shared with IISc, NITs, CFTIs and other participating institutions for additional postgraduate admissions.

Create an account on the JAM Online Application Processing System using your name, valid email address, active mobile number and password.
After successful registration, the Enrollment ID and OTP are sent to the registered email address and mobile number.
Use the Enrollment ID and password to access the JAM application system.
Fill in personal, educational and other required information carefully.
Choose one test paper or up to two test papers according to the official examination schedule.
Select first, second and third examination city choices according to the available cities within the applicable examination zone.
Upload photograph and signature according to the official specifications.
Upload Class 10 proof of date of birth and applicable category or disability certificates.
