KEAM is the centralized Kerala professional degree admission process administered by the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala. The KEAM application system covers admission to Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy and several Medical and Allied professional degree courses. The latest official Kerala prospectus includes Engineering, Architecture, MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani, Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary, Fisheries, Pharmacy, Co-operation and Banking, Climate Change and Environmental Science and B.Tech Biotechnology programmes. However, candidates should note that not every programme uses a KEAM entrance-test score. Engineering and Pharmacy have KEAM entrance examinations, while admission to several other programmes uses national examinations or qualifying examination criteria according to the applicable prospectus.
