Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) is used by LPU for entrance, eligibility and scholarship purposes across multiple programmes. LPUNEST is not a single identical paper for every course. LPU publishes separate examination patterns for B.Tech, Law, MBA, Design, Diploma, postgraduate sciences, agriculture, Ph.D and other programme groups. For B.Tech, the current official examination duration is 150 minutes and the maximum score is 400 marks. English and Physics are compulsory, Chemistry is included in the standard subject selection, and candidates select Mathematics or Biology as applicable. There is no negative marking in the current B.Tech pattern.
