There is 1 vacancy for Probationary Legal Officer in E-II Grade, reserved for the UR category.
Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB/BL) from a recognized Indian University. General candidates should have First Class, while PwBD candidates should have Pass Class.
The maximum age is 25 years as on 01 July 2026 for UR candidates. PwBD candidates with minimum 40% disability receive 10 years relaxation and Ex-Servicemen receive relaxation as per Government guidelines.
The post is in E-II Grade with a pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 3% - Rs. 1,40,000. The initial basic pay is Rs. 40,000, along with applicable DA, HRA, perquisites, Performance Related Pay and other benefits.
The application fee is Rs. 600 plus 18% GST for applicable candidates. SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
The selection process consists of a Written Test carrying 85 marks followed by an Interview carrying 15 marks. Candidates qualifying in the Written Test are provisionally shortlisted for Interview in the ratio of 1:5.
The Written Test venue is Bengaluru only. The exact date and time will be communicated to candidates through the email ID provided in the application.
The last date for receipt of the application is 20 August 2026.
