About This Recruitment

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has invited online applications for the Common Recruitment Process for Customer Service Associates (CRP CSA-XVI) in participating Public Sector Banks for vacancies of 2027-28. A total of 11,403 indicative vacancies have been announced. The recruitment is for Customer Service Associate posts in the clerical cadre across 11 participating Public Sector Banks. Candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates must also fulfil the prescribed computer literacy and local language requirements. The age limit is 20 to 28 years as on 01 August 2026, subject to applicable relaxation. The selection process consists of an Online Preliminary Examination followed by an Online Main Examination. Candidates who qualify and are shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to a participating bank based on merit-cum-preference and the actual vacancies reported by participating banks. The indicative online registration period is from 01 August 2026 to 21 August 2026. The Preliminary Examination is scheduled for 10 and 11 October 2026 and the Main Examination is scheduled for 27 December 2026.
