Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board has released the updated rulebook for the Group-03 Sub Engineer, Draftsman, Laboratory Technician and Other Equivalent Posts Combined Recruitment Test 2026 (Second). The recruitment includes 1700 vacancies across 132 post codes in multiple Madhya Pradesh Government departments, boards, development authorities, engineering offices and technical institutions. Major posts include Sub Engineer, Draftsman, Laboratory Technician, Mineral Surveyor, Surveyor, Technical Assistant, Mechanical Assistant, Computer Operator, Junior Instructor, Demonstrator, Assistant Architectural Draftsman, Campus Supervisor and other equivalent technical posts. Eligible candidates can apply online from 29 August 2026 to 12 September 2026. The computer based examination is scheduled to start from 7 October 2026.

The updated Group-03 Recruitment Test 2026 rulebook was issued on 27 August 2026.
Online applications start from 29 August 2026.
The last date for submission of the online application is 12 September 2026.
Candidates can use the prescribed application correction facility from 29 August 2026.
The application correction facility is available until 17 September 2026 as per the prescribed rules.
The computer based recruitment examination is scheduled to start from 7 October 2026.
Candidates will appear in the prescribed computer based online recruitment examination.
Scores will be processed according to the examination rules, including normalisation and merit preparation wherever applicable.
Candidates will be considered according to merit, eligibility, reservation rules and department specific requirements.
Candidates selected for the next stage must produce original educational, category, domicile and other required documents for verification.
Final appointment will be made by the concerned department after completion of all prescribed recruitment formalities.
