Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, a Government of India Navratna Public Sector Undertaking, has invited applications for engagement of Act Apprentices Trainees for 2026-27 at its Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad) units. The engagement covers Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice and Trade Apprentice training areas with a total of 326 positions. Online registration starts on 04 September 2026 at 8:00 AM and closes on 20 September 2026 at 5:00 PM. The intake comprises 145 Graduate Apprentices, 105 Technician Apprentices and 76 Trade Apprentices. Training opportunities are available in Accounts Executive, Secretarial Assistant, Recruitment Executive (HR), Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical and prescribed Trade Apprentice areas. Selection is based on the prescribed merit and document verification process. This is apprenticeship training and does not create an automatic right to regular employment with RCF.

Qualification: Qualification varies by apprenticeship category and training area: relevant Bachelor's Degree for Graduate Apprentices, relevant Engineering Diploma for Technician Apprentices, and prescribed B.Sc. or 12th/10+2 qualification for Trade Apprentices.
Age relaxation is available to eligible categories as prescribed, including SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD and eligible 1984 riot victims' family members.
