CA/CMA OR prescribed graduation such as B.Com/BMS/BAF/BBA followed by a two-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance.

Qualification: CA/CMA OR prescribed Graduation + 2-year Finance MBA/MMS/PGDM

One year.

After successful completion of training and absorption, the applicable probation/service conditions of RCF Ltd. apply.

Selected candidates are required to execute the prescribed service bond of Rs.2,00,000 covering the applicable service period including the training period.

The Online Test contains 100 objective questions carrying 150 marks and is conducted for 90 minutes.

50 discipline-specific questions carrying 2 marks each, for a total of 100 marks.

50 questions covering General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and General Knowledge/Awareness, carrying a total of 50 marks.

The test is conducted in Hindi and English, except for the General English component as applicable.

Four-year full-time B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering or the prescribed equivalent qualification with the required percentage.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering or Technology

Four-year full-time B.E./B.Tech. in the prescribed engineering disciplines including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation, together with the prescribed Boiler Operation Engineer qualification/certificate.

Eligible Management Trainees posted at Trombay or Thal may receive company hostel accommodation on a sharing basis during training, subject to availability and rules.

Appointment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment medical examination according to RCF Ltd. medical standards.

Computer-based objective Online Test comprising discipline-specific questions and aptitude/general questions.

Uploaded educational, category and other supporting documents are scrutinized. Candidates must satisfy the eligibility requirements.

Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the Online Test and document scrutiny are called for Personal Interview.

Final merit is prepared with 80% weightage for the Online Test and 20% weightage for the Personal Interview.

Final appointment is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit according to RCF Ltd. standards.

Selected candidates undergo one year of Management Trainee training and may be absorbed in E1 Grade after successful completion, subject to applicable conditions.

Online Test carries 80% weightage and Personal Interview carries 20% weightage.

Lump-sum stipend of Rs.60,000 per month during the one-year training period.

E1 Grade pay scale of Rs.40,000 to Rs.1,40,000.

Approximate minimum gross monthly emoluments are about Rs.86,320, subject to applicable components and company rules.

Management Trainees posted at locations other than Trombay and Thal may receive the prescribed fixed allowance towards boarding, lodging and local travelling expenses.
