The recruitment covers Chemical, Boiler, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Materials, Civil, Fire, CC Lab, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Rajbhasha, Finance and Marketing disciplines. Online registration commenced on 08 August 2026 at 8:00 AM. Under the latest corrigendum dated 24 August 2026, the educational qualification cut-off date has been revised from 01 February 2026 to 01 August 2026 and the last date for submission of applications has been extended to 10 September 2026 at 5:00 PM. The age cut-off remains unchanged. Selected candidates undergo one year of Management Trainee training with a stipend of Rs.60,000 per month and may subsequently be absorbed in E1 Grade in the Rs.40,000-1,40,000 pay scale. Selection comprises an Online Test followed by Personal Interview, with final merit carrying 80% weightage for the Online Test and 20% for the Personal Interview.

Computer-based objective Online Test comprising discipline-specific questions and aptitude/general questions.
Uploaded educational, category and other supporting documents are scrutinized. Candidates must satisfy the eligibility requirements.
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the Online Test and document scrutiny are called for Personal Interview.
Final merit is prepared with 80% weightage for the Online Test and 20% weightage for the Personal Interview.
Final appointment is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit according to RCF Ltd. standards.
Selected candidates undergo one year of Management Trainee training and may be absorbed in E1 Grade after successful completion, subject to applicable conditions.
