Primary Qualification

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in the relevant subject.
• Degree must be from a recognized university or institution.
• Applicants must satisfy the subject-specific qualification requirements.

Eligibility Through NET/SLET/SET

• UGC NET or CSIR NET, wherever applicable.
• SLET/SET qualification where accepted under the applicable rules.

PhD Exemption

Candidates holding a qualifying PhD may be eligible for exemption from NET/SLET/SET under the applicable UGC regulations and notification conditions.

The recruitment covers 42 subjects. Candidates must refer to the official subject-wise requisition and advertisement for the latest vacancy details.

Candidates should check the category-wise fee, processing charges, payment deadline and refund provisions in the official advertisement and online application instructions.

1. Written Examination – 360 marks
2. Interview – 40 marks
3. Document Verification and other applicable formalities

Final selection will be carried out according to the official UPESSC notification, applicable reservation rules and prescribed merit process.

8. Review the application carefully before final submission.
9. Save and print the submitted application form.
10. Complete corrections within the prescribed correction period, if required.
