Candidates appear in the Recruitment Test conducted by UPSC. The test is objective type and is used for shortlisting candidates for interview.
Candidates are shortlisted for interview on the basis of performance in the Recruitment Test and the criteria prescribed by UPSC.
Candidates shortlisted through the Recruitment Test are called for interview/personality assessment.
Final merit is prepared using the prescribed 75:25 weightage between the Recruitment Test and Interview.
