UGC NET Answer Key 2026 Released for June Session, Check Response Sheet

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the UGC NET June 2026 provisional answer key on August 16. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check their answers along with the recorded response sheet through the official UGC NET website. The provisional answer key has been released for 84 subjects. Candidates can log in using their application number and other required details to view the answer key, question paper and recorded responses. Candidates who are not satisfied with any answer can raise an objection during the prescribed challenge window. A fee of Rs 200 is applicable for each question challenged, and supporting documents should be submitted with the objection. The answer key will help candidates compare their responses and get an idea of their probable score before the result. NTA will review the challenges before preparing the final answer key. However, the answer keys for English, Commerce and Sociology are being withheld as these subjects are scheduled for a fresh examination. Candidates should check the official website regularly for further updates.
