Candidates are shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:7 based on GATE Score. Shortlisting is based on GATE Score and not GATE marks or GATE rank.
Shortlisted candidates are assessed through an interview covering technical knowledge, general awareness related to the technical specialisation, presentation and communication skills, comprehension and academic achievements.
Final selection is based on 50% weightage to GATE Score and 50% weightage to Interview marks.
