About This Recruitment

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has invited applications for recruitment of one Probationary Legal Officer in E-II Grade for the Central Services Division of its Bengaluru Complex on permanent basis. The post carries a pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 3% - Rs. 1,40,000 with initial basic pay of Rs. 40,000 along with applicable DA, HRA, perquisites, Performance Related Pay and other benefits. Shortlisting

Candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria are shortlisted for the Written Test.

Written Test

Eligible candidates appear for the Written Test. The Written Test carries 85 marks. The venue is Bengaluru only.

Interview

Candidates qualifying in the Written Test are provisionally shortlisted for Interview in the ratio of 1:5. The Interview carries 15 marks.

Final Selection

Final selection is based on the combined performance in the Written Test and Interview, subject to the prescribed qualifying marks and other conditions.
