The recruitment comprises 371 Junior Accountant vacancies and 765 Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II vacancies, for a total of 1,136 posts. Junior Accountant candidates require the prescribed Commerce/Business Administration/CA/ICMAI/MBA/M.Com qualification together with a prescribed computer qualification. Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II candidates require Senior Secondary qualification together with a prescribed computer qualification. Junior Accountant Candidate must hold a Graduation Degree in Commerce or Business Administration from a recognized University established by law in India.
Junior Accountant Candidate may instead have passed the Intermediate examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Kolkata or the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC/Intermediate) examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.
