Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUN) issued Advertisement No. RVUN/Rectt.-2026-27/02 for Common Recruitment of Junior Engineer-I in five Rajasthan State Power Companies: RVUN, RVPN, JVVN, AVVN and JdVVN. The recruitment covers 869 Junior Engineer-I vacancies comprising 727 Electrical, 110 Mechanical and 32 Civil posts. Candidates are initially appointed as Probationer Trainees for two years on fixed remuneration of Rs.23,700 per month. After successful completion of probation training, candidates are placed at the first cell of Level-10 Pay Matrix with Basic Pay of Rs.33,800 per month, plus applicable allowances. Online applications were invited from 05 August 2026 to 25 August 2026. A common competitive examination is conducted separately for each discipline. Candidates give their company preferences in the application and those preferences are final and irrevocable. The written examination is online, objective type and of two hours duration. Part A carries 60% weightage and tests degree-level engineering knowledge in the relevant discipline, while Part B carries 40% weightage and covers Reasoning & Mental Ability, Mathematics, General Knowledge & Everyday Science, General Hindi and General English. Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Full-time four-year Engineering Degree or eligible AMIE qualification in the relevant discipline. Electrical, Mechanical and Civil discipline-specific qualifications are prescribed in the notification. Category-wise Merit List

Separate category-wise merit lists are prepared for each discipline/post on the basis of marks in the common written competitive examination.
