DSSSB TGT Computer Science Eligibility Criteria 2026: Qualification and Age Limit
Check these points before you plan your preparation. Eligibility for post code 41/26 is simple.
Any one of the four qualifications below is accepted. No work experience is needed.
Educational qualification

The board may relax a qualification in special cases. It must record the reason in writing.
Age limit
The maximum age is 30 years as on 15 July 2026 (the last date of application).

Age is counted from the date of birth on the matriculation certificate.
Other points
- You must be a citizen of India.
- Application fee: Rs. 100 for General, OBC and EWS male candidates.
- Women, SC, ST, PwBD and eligible ex-servicemen pay no fee.
- Applications were open from 16 June to 15 July 2026.

Documents to keep ready
- Matriculation certificate (for date of birth).
- Graduation or BCA / B.E. / B.Tech mark sheets and degree.
- Category certificate, if you claim relaxation.
- PwBD certificate, if applicable.
- Photo ID proof.
Common mistakes
- Assuming any graduate can apply. Computer Science must be a main subject in all years for the graduation route.
- Counting age on today's date. Use 15 July 2026.
- Uploading a wrong category certificate. It can cancel your candidature.
