DSSSB TGT Computer Science Exam Date 2026: Schedule and Shift Timings

DSSSB has released the schedule. The TGT Computer Science online exam will run from 27 November to 4 December 2026.

Notice date: 7 October 2026. Your own date, shift and centre will be on your e-admit card.

Before exam day

• Download the e-admit card the day it is released.
• Check the centre address and reporting time.
• Carry the ID proof named in the admit card.
• Visit the centre once if you can.
• Take a full mock test in the same shift hours.

How to get your admit card

1. Open the DSSSB online portal.
2. Log in with your registration details.
3. Download the e-admit card for post code 41/26.
4. Print it. Check your name, photo, date, shift and centre.

Your last 4 weeks

• Week 1: finish the syllabus once.
• Week 2: solve previous year papers.
• Week 3: one full mock every second day.
• Week 4: revise notes, sleep well, no new topics.

Exam day in short

• Reach the centre early. Gates close at the time on your admit card.
• Do not carry phones or notes into the lab.
• As per DSSSB general instructions, you cannot leave before the two hours are over.
• Eat light. Keep water for before the exam.

Which shift is better?

There is no best shift. The board assigns it. Practise at different times, morning, afternoon and evening, so any shift feels normal.

Will the exam be held in all three shifts?

Not every day has all three shifts. See the table above. The admit card shows your exact shift.

How long is the paper?

It is a 200-question paper to be solved in 2 hours (120 minutes).

Can the dates change?

They can. DSSSB may revise a schedule by notice. Check the official site once a week.
